- Advertise your property for free on Trade Me, Realestate.co.nz and our own website.
- Conduct a reference check, a credit check, and run a Tenancy Tribunal search on all incoming tenants.
- Take and lodge a full four weeks bond for all tenants.
- Conduct a detailed video entry inspection to give you superior asset protection.
- Conduct a regular inspection every three months and provide you with up to date photos so you can be comfortable your property is been looked after.
- Make weekly owner payments.
- Arrange any maintenance or repairs the property requires with your approval.
- Communicate openly and honestly with our owners and tenants.
- Contact tenants when rent payments are missed, and swiftly issue 14 day notices if an arrears situation develops.
- Attend Mediation or Court Hearings to get a legally binding agreement in place on the odd occasion when there is a breakdown in our relationship with the tenant.
